It's really easy to burn the toast as you're cooking the egg. If you cover the pan while the egg is cooking, the white will cook faster. It's up to you how much you want to cook the yolk.
You'll also have plenty of rolanberry cheese left over for toast later in the week! It's really sweet and tasty!
